On November 19th, ICSP Vietnam organized a special event dedicated to men in honor of International Men's Day. The event was not only an opportunity to celebrate the contributions of men in families and society but also a chance for the gentlemen at ICSP to relax, connect, and experience exciting activities. 

International Men's Day, initiated in 1999, aims to raise awareness of men's health, happiness, and well-being worldwide. Although still relatively new in Vietnam, this holiday has gradually gained recognition and support from organizations and individuals. With a desire to create a friendly work environment that respects diversity and gender equality, ICSP Vietnam decided to organize a meaningful event to appreciate its male employees. 

Special gifts are prepared exclusively for men of ICSP Vietnam  

This year's event at ICSP Vietnam was incredibly lively with many engaging activities. Male employees had the chance to share interesting stories and receive special gifts. When receiving a beautifully decorated beer can, Mr. Dung couldn't hide his surprise and emotion. He shared, "This is the first time I've received a gift on this day. I'm very happy and would like to thank the ladies at ICSP Vietnam for always caring about us." Meanwhile, Thanh, a software engineer, was thrilled with his gift. "This is not just a gift, but also a motivation for me to try harder in my work," he excitedly said.

Through this event, ICSP Vietnam aims to convey the message that men are not only the pillars of their families but also reliable friends and colleagues. The company always values the contributions of its male employees and strives to create a working environment where everyone is respected and can thrive. 

International Men's Day at ICSP Vietnam has left a positive impression on employees. Many shared that they felt happy and proud to be cared for by the company. It can be seen that organizing events like International Men's Day is one way for businesses to show their care for their employees.
