In the summer of 2024, ICSP Vietnam surprised its entire staff with a 3-day, 2-night vacation in the beautiful coastal city of Mong Cai. This was not only a chance for everyone to escape the hustle and bustle of work but also a fantastic opportunity to strengthen their camaraderie. 

Visiting Sa Vy Cape and enjoying team-building activities at Tra Co Beach 

Starting the journey in Mong Cai city, the group visited Sa Vy Cape, the country's easternmost point. Standing at the tip of the cape, we could clearly see the border between Vietnam and China. This magnificent view filled each member of the team with national pride. Also, all the staffs not only admired the unique architecture but also immersed themselves in the breathtaking natural scenery with three towering pine trees, a testament to To Huu's immortal poem about the S-shaped country:  

“…Từ Trà Cổ rừng dương 

Đến Cà Mau rừng đước…”  

Afterwards, the group continued to Tra Co Beach to participate in games and swimming. The romantic beach welcomed them with exciting team-building activities. These activities not only helped everyone relax after stressful workdays but also strengthened solidarity and camaraderie among team members, narrowing the gap between individuals.

Discovering Ha Long City 

The following day, after witnessing the sunrise at Tra Co Beach, the entire group traveled to Ha Long City. This city, located in Quang Ninh province, is renowned for Ha Long Bay – one of the most magnificent natural wonders of the world. It serves not only as the economic and political center of Quang Ninh but also as a top tourist destination in Vietnam, celebrated for its captivating attractions and delectable cuisine. ICSP Vietnam's staff visited the Quang Ninh Museum and relaxed on the beach, while also indulging in fresh seafood like shrimp, crab, squid, and fish. After their meal, the group went shopping at the seafood market and returned to Hanoi.

Three days and two nights in Mong Cai left each ICSP Vietnam member with beautiful memories. From relaxing moments on the beach, exciting experiences in Ha Long to the strong bonds between colleagues, everything contributed to a meaningful trip. This is the driving force for ICSP Vietnam to continue developing and achieving new successes.
