In a vibrant and lively atmosphere, ICSP Vietnam successfully held its first Happy Hours event. The event not only served as a chance for employees to unwind after a busy workweek but also offered a fascinating journey around the world through colorful flags. 

The Happy Hours program, initiated and held on the last Friday of each month, aimed to create a relaxed and bonding environment for employees. The organizing committee meticulously prepared everything from snacks and fruits to office decorations. The highlight of the party was a game where participants guessed the country based on its flag. With a variety of flags from different nations displayed on a large screen, the two teams had to use all their knowledge to find the correct answers. To claim the right to answer, each team had to quickly press a buzzer on the table, enhancing their reflexes. The atmosphere became intense, exciting, and humorous as participants provided unexpected and creative answers. 

Members were excited about the game of guessing the country name 

"I really enjoyed this game," shared Vu, the team leader of the winning team. "It not only helped me solidify my geography knowledge but also gave me the opportunity to learn more about the cultures of other countries." ICSP Vietnam's first Happy Hours left a positive impression on every employee. The event not only strengthened team spirit but also created a healthy playground, allowing everyone to interact and connect with each other. "We are delighted to see the enthusiastic participation of our employees," shared Linh, a member of the organizing committee. "We hope that these Happy Hours events will become an annual tradition of the company, contributing to building a dynamic and friendly work environment."

The first Happy Hours event at ICSP Vietnam concluded successfully. It marked a significant milestone in building the company's corporate culture.
