On March 22, at the University of Engineering and Technology – Vietnam National University, Hanoi, ICSP Vietnam was honored to be one of more than 70 companies participating in UET Job Fair 2025 – Connect to Success. As an annual career event, this program plays a crucial role in fostering collaboration between universities and businesses, creating a dynamic platform for recruitment discussions and career opportunities for students.

As a leading provider of technology consulting and software solutions for businesses in the Japanese market, ICSP Vietnam introduced a range of meaningful activities to help students gain deeper insights into the job market, particularly in software development (Developer) and business analysis (Business Analyst). 

In its first year at UET Job Fair, ICSP Vietnam’s recruitment booth attracted many students eager to submit their applications and receive career guidance. Here, students had the opportunity to learn about the company, receive valuable advice on career paths, application preparation, interview techniques, and apply for internship and job positions at ICSP Vietnam. 

Beyond providing recruitment information, ICSP Vietnam fostered an open space for discussions, where students could ask questions about job requirements, essential skills, and career advancement opportunities. Notably, on-the-spot interviews conducted at the booth allowed many students to showcase their abilities and secure internship opportunities right at the event. 

In addition to student participation, the event also welcomed many parents, who were keen to explore work environments, career growth opportunities, and potential career paths for their children. Representatives from ICSP Vietnam took the time to engage with them, sharing insights about corporate culture, career development pathways, and how the company supports employees in maximizing their professional potential within a dynamic and innovative workplace.
